Talked to James Delelys and we had a good hour conversation on child support. I pay x-amount of dollars each month and I am collecting unemployment. They base my child support on my last salary I had. I struggle everyday to keep up with bills, my credit is getting ruined my fathers credit is getting ruined from helping me and this is completely completely unfair. Men and Women should be created equal and I agree that fathers should pay support for their children, but when the economy is bad and there is hardship from a job lost, we shouldn't have to be punished for it and suffer for when we are trying to take of care ourselves as well as our kids.
The laws are unconstitutional and a disgrace on how they treat fathers.
