What are Second Class Citizen's Goals for Service Members?

• To draw Veterans and Service Members together as a support group for each other and for non-custodial parents.
• Enforcement of the SCRA in the Family Court arena.
• To hamstring the "move-away" and "venue shopping" techniques of organized child theft, especially where Service Members are concerned.
• To link, irrevocably and by law, DUTY STATION, HOME OF RECORD, the Service Member's HOME TOWN, and the spouse's HOME TOWN as one entity - especially where any of those are in a US state other than where that Service Member is currently serving.
• To prevent the use of UCMJ and military commands as weapons used against a Service Member by a spouse in Family Court.
• To hold Family Courts accountable to a Service Member's status as a DEFENDER OF OUR NATION, thereby making any remarks in court regarding a Service Member's chosen profession and service to the Nation, which are negative and meant to be used to sway judgement ("assassin", "professional killer", etc), PATENTLY ILLEGAL under the laws of Defamation and Slander.
