Counseling Cadre Qualifications & Assessment Methodology
Second Class Citizen’s peer support and crisis response personnel are senior Army Non-Commissioned Officers with a combined 50-plus years of service, including leadership roles in Special Operations units.
Leadership credentials:
Terrence Popp is a retired 1SG, Airborne Ranger and Green Beret; veteran of three wars; Steve “Battle Dwarf” is an Intelligence NCO with Army Staff and Diplomatic time, from the Special Operations community; 50+ combined years of service; trained in counseling, de-escalation methodology, crisis management, grief support, and sustained leadership under combat conditions

501(c)(3) in continuous operation since 2009
