Second Class Citizen Did Not Get Picked Up.

Second Class Citizen did not get picked up for the Staff Sergeant Parker Gordon Fox Suicide Prevention Grants program this time around. This is our first attempt at acquiring a federal grant in our 19 years of existence. The grant-writing process is grueling and full of pitfalls. Exactly the kind of thing we are used to. So, we shall dust ourselves off and try again.
